  • COD Order Verification: Contacting you via WhatsApp or phone call from 03209006928 prior to dispatch to reconfirm your shipping address and ensure legitimate delivery acceptance.
  • Warranty & Customer Care: Processing checking warranty replacements, handling customer inquiries, and resolving parcel tracking issues.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Screening incoming orders for suspicious or duplicate high-risk attempts.

3. Payment Data Security

We do not capture, record, or store sensitive credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Our primary transaction method is Cash on Delivery (COD), where payment is handed directly to the courier rider upon physical inspection of the parcel. For manual bank transfers or digital wallet transactions (JazzCash / Easypaisa), customers share only transaction reference IDs or deposit slips via WhatsApp for order confirmation.

4. Information Sharing with Third Parties

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing brokers. We share customer information solely with trusted third-party service providers required to operate our business:
