1. General Store Overview & Agreement

This website is operated by IgnyVerse. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to IgnyVerse. We offer this storefront, including all tools, information, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

2. Strict Age Mandate (18+ Requirement)

AGE RESTRICTION: IgnyVerse specializes in luxury high-temperature butane torches, dual-arc electric plasma igniters, and collectible fire tools. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product from this storefront. By browsing our catalog or submitting an order, you warrant that you are legally an adult (18+) under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3. Pricing & Currency (PKR)

All prices displayed on our website are strictly listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). We reserve the right to modify prices for our products without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout remains fixed for all verified orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification Protocol

Because Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method nationwide, fraudulent or unconfirmed dispatches incur significant courier transit expenses. Therefore:

  • Verification Call or Message: All orders require verification via WhatsApp or phone call from our dispatch desk (03209006928) before being handed to our courier partner.
  • Unverified Orders: Orders that remain unconfirmed after 48 hours and multiple contact attempts may be automatically cancelled and returned to inventory.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Customers who repeatedly order and subsequently refuse legitimate COD parcels at their doorstep without valid defect cause may be blacklisted from future dispatches across all domestic courier partner registries.

5. Payment Methods

We support:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Default method. Pay exact cash to the courier representative upon delivery.
  • Advance Bank Transfers / Digital Wallets: Direct inter-bank fund transfers (IBFT), JazzCash, or Easypaisa are accepted prior to shipment upon customer request via WhatsApp.

6. Safe Operation & Buyer Responsibility

Lighters, torches, and electric arc tools produce high-temperature open flames and electrical sparks capable of causing burns or igniting flammable materials. The customer agrees:

  • To keep all flame tools, butane canisters, and charging cords completely out of reach of children and minors.
  • Never to modify, puncture, or tamper with internal gas valves or high-voltage electronic transformers.
  • To operate lighters only in well-ventilated areas away from flammable vapors, direct sunlight, or temperatures exceeding 50°C.
  • IgnyVerse disclaims any liability for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses arising from improper refilling, mishandling, or unlawful usage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
