IgnyVerse dispatches parcels daily from our fulfillment facility in Islamabad, Pakistan to over 60+ cities, towns, and regions nationwide. We partner exclusively with top-tier courier networks to ensure rapid, dependable, and trackable delivery.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

  • Standard Flat-Rate Delivery: A flat shipping fee of Rs 200 applies to standard orders nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Free Nationwide Shipping: All orders with a cart subtotal exceeding Rs 3,000 automatically qualify for 100% Free Shipping. No promotional voucher code required.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard transit times from dispatch:

  • Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Major Metropolitan Hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Regional Towns & Remote Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Note: During national holidays, extreme weather advisories, or courier load surges, deliveries may experience occasional slight delays.

4. Parcel Inspection on Delivery (Allowed to Open)

✅ PARCEL ALLOWED TO OPEN BEFORE PAYMENT:
For your absolute peace of mind and confidence, you are allowed to open the outer flyer and inspect your IgnyVerse parcel in the presence of our courier partner rider before handing over the Cash on Delivery payment.

5. Mandatory Courier Safety Rule: All Lighters Ship 100% Unfueled

⚠️ MANDATORY COURIER & SAFETY NOTICE:
Due to domestic courier safety protocols and transport regulations enforced across Pakistan, all IgnyVerse lighters are shipped 100% dry and unfueled. Couriers strictly prohibit the transit of pressurized flammable liquefied gas or lighter fluid.

Buyers must acquire standard refined butane gas or lighter fluid independently from local stores before igniting their lighter for the first time.

6. Order Verification & Dispatch Protocol

To protect customers and ensure smooth delivery, every Cash on Delivery (COD) order requires verbal or WhatsApp confirmation. Our dispatch team will message or call you from 03209006928 to confirm:

  • Recipient name and exact doorstep address (house/street/sector/city).
  • Exact total payable amount in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Once confirmed, your order is securely packed in our signature presentation boxes and handed over to the courier partner the same or next business day.

7. Live Tracking Updates

As soon as your parcel is scanned at the courier hub, an automated SMS and WhatsApp dispatch message containing your active tracking number will be sent to your mobile phone. You can track your parcel's live movement at any time.
